How about this for the easiest way to make money on twitter:

1. Get Followers.
2. Tweet.
3. Get paid.

That’s it. Okay so I suppose a bit more of an explanation is needed!  

One way of getting paid for using twitter is to send advertising messages to your followers. Many people might not like the idea of doing this but, bearing in mind that only relevant, interesting messages should ever be tweeted, this can work a little like a highly targeted advertising campaign. If you’ve already told your followers that you’ll be recommending products and services every now and then, or you are in regular contact with your followers, this shouldn’t really be much of an issue.

Seen a great movie recently? Imagine getting paid for sending a tweet to all your followers recommending that movie… and getting paid for it! What you are about to discover is that, ‘sponsored conversations’ can earn you piles of cash and not compromise your integrity.

There are quite a few pieces of software available that enable you to gather twitter followers at an astonishing rate, even on multiple accounts and in different niches. And there are plenty of eBooks and video courses on the subject too, some free, some paid for. Personally I’m a very busy person so I normally choose the software route (I call this push button marketing!) 

So, let’s say you’ve got something like the superb hummingbird software, especially designed for marketing on twitter. Easiest and fastest way is hummingbird…its $197 but worth more than that!

im so confused =/ im a newbie and i have random people i dont know becoming followers of me? how comes…they cant possibly find out about me within a day? i mean i only posted one thing…And what exactly is the purpose of being a follower?

My Twitter account got suspended for 1 week… I am totally fine with this and can deal with the 1 week deprivation of my latest drug… What my question is do i lose all of my followers and the people that I am following because of this suspension… Because when i visit my twitter page in red letters on a huge red box on my screen is says “your account has been suspended”… but then it says that i am following 0 people and 0 people follow me… did i lose all of that hard work? I have some people following me that I am not following back. If these people reply to something I say, or @myusername me, will I get the message? If so, how? Will it show up in my “tweet filter” even though none of their other tweets do?
The same thing works for celebrities….celebrities have a bunch of people following them and they dont follow back. If I send a mesage by “@JohnHancock Hello” will he get the message even though he’s not following me back?

I have a Twitter account that I never use but some random women have been following me on it. My question is this; are these followers some kind of phishing scam or something. Because I don’t know any of them and they all have provocative profile photos. Mabey some scrawny cyber nerds in their mothers basements phishing for clients for thier internet scam or something.
